Dear members,
The club and numerous volunteers have been working hard behind the scenes for several seasons now to modernise and provide better facilities to our membership and the sport. This includes our Indoor Training Facility proposal that will provide great benefit to our club.
At the last state election, the club secured funding for the proposal by the government and the Tea Tree Gully Council which has since been undertaking planning and most recently community consultation in order to progress this project.
Tomorrow night, Tuesday 22 August, the Tea Tree Gully Council will be meeting at 7pm and will be considering the community consultation outcomes of the proposal, and the recommendation of the commissioned report to move to the next stage of the proposal for the Indoor Training Facility.
Our club Chairperson Shaun Evans has been granted time to present and will be speaking on behalf of the club in support of the proposal.
If you wish to attend to show support for the club, the meeting will commence at 7pm at the Tea Tree Gully Council Chambers. Wear your Dodger Blue to show support of the club.
We are hopeful the meeting will end positively and move the project forward.
